11TH MONTH INSPECTIONS FOR NEW HOMES
The Pre-Warranty Expiration Inspection, otherwise known as an 11-Month Warranty Inspection, is an inspection for homeowners who are living in a newly constructed home. Generally speaking, a builder’s warranty is normally limited to 12 months with structural warranties normally being extended to 10 years. While many defects in new construction can go unnoticed by home owners, it’s not too late for defects to be discovered by a licensed, and experienced Home Inspector, who knows how to cater to this type of inspection. Correcting these defects could cost thousands of dollars, and after one year the builder is no longer liable. Our Pre-Warranty Expiration Inspection covers all major systems and components. This “last chance” inspection is essential in providing you with the peace of mind you deserve, and keeping your money where it belongs, in your pocket.
